Questing Zhangjiajie landform and CCTV coming to Zhangjiajie for its feature films

 

 From March 15 to March 22, “Geographic China” Column Crew of CCTV Science and Education Channel came to Zhangjiajie scenic spot to take “Zhangjiajie Landform” as the main line, and fully show the advantageous resources of Zhangjiajie’s economy, geography, tourism and human culture by the documentary film.

During filming, the crew respectively shot the scenic spots of Zhangjiajie’s National Forest Park, TianziMountain, Yuanjiajie and HuangshiVillage, and mainly showed the different form of “Zhangjiajie Landform” of TianziMountainShentangVillage, HuangshiVillage and Jinbian Stream. To elaborate the formation causes of “Zhangjiajie Landscape” and the origin of “Zhangjiajie Landscape” name in the program, the crew also invited the authoritative geological expert - Professor Zhai Fudong of Hunan Normal University, and the experts of CAS Geographical Sciences and Natural Resources Research Institute and Chinese Academy of Geological Sciences to explain the high scientific, aesthetic and ecological value of “Zhangjiajie Landscape”.

Zhou Boqin, Director of Program Group, told the author that the program shot in Zhangjiajie is tentatively named as “Questing Zhangjiajie Landscape” and he plans to play 2-3 episodes, 30 minutes per episode, they will show the beauty and charm of “Zhangjiajie Landscape” to the world.
